The sprawling grassy hills of Ubay are spectacular, more so because it is a sprawling farm.
The Philippine Carabao center is an attached agency of the Department of Agriculture to breed as a multi-purpose animal that can be raised for milk, meat, hide, and draft providing livelihood to the many families living in the area.
At the farm, you may partake in making white cheese made entirely of pure Carabao milk. Sample their products like ice creams, cheese and their best-seller “choco-bao” milk.
At the adjacent Ubay stock farm, you can try manual milking of the Carabao, feeding the young ones, feed cattle, observe other farm animals and fire questions at the caretakers.
You can do the tour on horseback so you can enjoy the scenery even more.
